Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Steve Edwards to grant the minor pIa t for Pearl Meyer subject to the inclusion of the west lot in the minor plat. Motion passed 8 - O. Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Mooresville Plan Commission representing Robert Martin, James Martin, Nora Martin and Brenda Branham with a request for a minor plat for a parcel of land on Allison Road. Mr. Earl Beasley, 356 Landersdale Road, addressed the Plan Conmission questioning the size of the homes which will be built on these lots. Ms. Sue Branham advised Mr. Beasley that the homes buil t on these lots would be over 1,200 square feet and they will be brick houses. Motion was made by Tim Bennett, second by Art Raney to grant the minor plat to Robert Martin, James Martin, Nora Martin and Brenda Branham contingent upon the filing of a variance on the width to depth ratio of one lot. Motion passed 8 - O. - Mr. Roger Caperton of Caperton Development appeared before the Commission to present a drawing of the proposed Mooresville Town Center. Mr. Caperton will file a P.U.D. for this development at the October meeting. Building Inspector Joe Beikman advised the Commission that he had investigated the complaints of sign violations at 510 and 450 Keller Hill Road and found no violations at this time. Mr. Beikman reported he issued twenty-five (25) permits and made eighty-one (81) inspections. There being no further business to come before the Mooresville Plan Commission at this time, motion to adjourn was made by Vern Kimmel, second by Tim Bennett. Motion passed 8 - O.
