Motion carried 8 - O. <br />Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Mooresville Plan Commission representing <br />Bryant Hopwood with a request for a minor plat for a parcel of property on the <br />south side of St. Clair Street which was previously the Taylor property. <br />Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Vern KinInel to grant the minor <br />p I a t to Bryant Hopwood. Motion passed 8 - O. <br />Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Mooresville Plan COIIII1Ìssion representing <br />Pearl Meyer with a request for a two lot minor plat for the parcel of land at <br />266 E. South Street. The purpose of this minor plat is to establish a lot <br />with the existing house, and a separate lot for the mobile homes. <br />The lot directly west of this property is also owned by Ms. Pearl Meyer <br />and the COIIII1Ìssion would like for that lot to be included in this minor plat. <br />Mr. Clyde Grass, 246 E. South Street inquired of the petitioners if there <br />would be a change of land use involved in this filing.
