<br />5. Plan Commission. The Plan Commission meets on the fourth <br />Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m. unless otherwise posted and <br />hears rezones, subdivision plats, minor plats, and planned unit <br />developments. <br />The regular meeting of the Plan Commission shall be in <br />session until 10:30 p.m. At the discretion of the Plan Commission <br />the meeting can continue for the completion of an item past <br />10:30. In the event there are additional items still scheduled on <br />the agenda, those items that have not been heard shall be <br />continued until the following Thursday at 7,: 30 p.m. at the <br />Mooresville Town Hall at which time the Plan Commission shall <br />re-convene without additional notices being required and the <br />continued items shall then be heard. <br /> <br />6. Board of Zoning Appeals The Board of Zoning Appals meets on <br />the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise <br />posted and hears var~ances, special exceptions and appeals of <br />decisions of the Building Official . <br /> <br />7. Proposed Forms For Rezoning~ Minor Plats, Subdivisions, <br />Planned Unit Development, Board of Zoning Appea~s Variance <br />Applications, Model Permits, and Special Exceptions are all on <br />file with the Clerk/Treasurer's Office for the Town of <br />Mooresville. <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />8. All filing fees are posted with the Clerk/Treasurers Office <br />and shall be paid prior to the acceptance of the petition for re- <br />zoning, variance, plat, planned unit development, subdivision <br />plat, model permit or special exception. <br /> <br />9.
