PROPOSED CHANGE '---' Pages 4 & 5 of the Subdivision Control Ordinance shall read as follows: Notice shall also be provided to the following checkpoint agencies for their review and comments stating specifically the nature of the development, the number of employees, or potential households and traffic impact directing the same by a certified letter or other written acknowledgment showing proof of receipt of these documents; to the Director of Public Works, Mooresville Police Department, Mooresville Consolidated School Corporation, Morgan County Soil and Conservation District, Morgan County Highway Department, Morgan County Sheriff, Mooresville Fire Department and other Fire Departments in the jurisdiction that is effected by the development. The Building Inspector shall receive all of the above information and be given the same notice, the Building Inspector also shall receive á copy of the plat and construction drawings. On Page 8, Paragraph 14 delete: - "It èhall also be provided by certified letter to the following checkpoint agencies for their review and comment;" add the following: The above information shall also be provided to the following checkpoint agencies with notice evidencing the receipt of the same by a certified letter, return· receipt, or written acknowledgment of receipt and also a copy of a notice to them advising them of the date of the hearing and their right to provide written comments or to be present: Building Inspector, Director of Public Works, Mooresville Police Department, Mooresville Consolidated School Corporation, Morgan County Soil and Conservation District, Morgan County Highway Department, Morgan County Sheriff, Mooresville Fire Department, any other Fire Department in the jurisdiction service the property, (construction drawings shall be provided along with the plat to the Building Inspector and Director of Public Works).
