Subdivision Control Ordinance under minor plat, page 9 <br />adding a new paragraph 20, we are deleting the old paragraph 20 <br /> <br />"Any plat that adjoins a county road must designate and grant a <br />dedicated 25 foot right-of-way to Morgan C6unty unless the County <br />waives the same in writing". <br /> <br />2. Also, page 9 paragraph 18, to read as follows: <br /> <br />"A statement certified by a registered engineer or registered <br />land surveyor stating that the development will -not increase the <br />downstream hydraulic peak of the waterway in which water shed the <br />property is located for a 50 year storm frequency". <br /> <br />3. On page 9, adding a paragraph 21: <br /> <br />"A statement certified by a registered engineer or registered <br />land surveyor stating that the detention and retention areas for <br />on site post-development drainage should not exceed pre- <br />development drainage for fifty ýear storm frequency". <br /> <br />'--' <br /> <br />4. On page 4 of the subdivision control ordinançe add the <br />following: <br /> <br />"A statement certified by a registered engineer or registered <br />land surveyor stating that development will not increase the <br />downstream hydraulic peak of the waterway in which watershed the <br />property is located for a fifty year storm frequency. <br /> <br />And add: <br /> <br />, <br />"A statement certified by a registered engineer or registered <br />land surveyor stating that the detention and retention areas o~ <br />sight post-development drainage should not exceed pre-development <br />drainage for fifty year storm frequency. <br /> <br />5. On page 71 add: <br /> <br />VII: "A statement certified by a registered engineer or <br />registered land surveyor stating that the development will not <br />increase the downstream hydraulic peak of the waterway in which <br />watershed the property is located for a fifty year storm <br />frequency". <br /> <br />VIII: "A statement certified by a registered engineer or <br />registered land surveyor stating that the detention and retention <br />areas on site post-development drainage will not exceed pre- <br />development drainage for a fifty year storm frequency". <br /> <br />'--' <br />
