Page 37 of the Ordinance add: <br /> <br />Paragraph G CuI De Sac Setbacks. <br /> <br />"CuI de sac setbacks shall be measured at the arc of the <br />building line so long as the lot width at this distance is a <br />minimum of 65 feet". <br /> <br />7. On the Subdivision Control Ordinance Minor Plats on page <br />7, paragraph 7 add: <br /> <br />Building setback or front yard lines and dimensions. "All <br />setback measurements shall be measured from the actual property <br />line or access easement line, whichever provides the greater <br />setback". <br /> <br />8. Subdivision Control Ordinance. Page 7, last paragraph of <br />section (B), after it reads the filing and recording of the plat <br />is without legal effect unless approved by the Commission or its' <br />designated delegate, add the following paragraph.. <br /> <br />'--' <br /> <br />"All plats shall be filed with the Mooresville Plan <br />Commission in recordable form along with the filing fee made <br />payable to the Morgan County Recorder in the appropriate amount. <br />The Mooresville Plan Commission shall check the final document for <br />recording to make sure it complies with the approved plat signed <br />by the Plan Commission. The Mooresville Plan Commission shall <br />arrange for the recording of the plat within ten days from the <br />receipt of the same". <br /> <br />"Filing and recording of the plat is without legal effect <br />unless approved by the Commission or it's designated delegate". <br /> <br />9. Add to the planned unit development section: <br /> <br />"Buffering requirements set out in Section 3.8 are applicable <br />to the type of use that is requested." <br />
