A second was made by Art Raney. <br /> <br /> <br />Motion passed 8 - O. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Plan Commission to <br /> <br /> <br />represent Mr. Jeff Endsley with a request for a four (4) lot <br /> <br /> <br />minor plat at Rooker Road and Shady Lane. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Sam Pugh of Shady Lane appeared before the Commission <br /> <br /> <br />asking what the five (5) acre tract was zoned. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Holloway explained that the area was zoned Agriculture. <br /> <br /> <br />Other residents from the area came before the Commission <br /> <br /> <br />with concerns about the sizes that the houses would be. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Endsley explained to the residents that the houses <br /> <br /> <br />would be from 1,400 square feet to 2,000 square feet. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Jack Baker of Shady Lane appeared before the Commission <br /> <br /> <br />explaUring that he had not been notified by mail about Mr. Endsley's <br /> <br /> <br />request for a minor plat. <br /> <br />2 <br />
