Attorney Currens advised Mr. Baker that since he had

appeared at the Planning Commission meeting to hear Mr. Endsley's

request that delaying the meeting for another month to send out

one notice would waste the time of people who had already

come to the meeting to hear the request.

Motion was made by member Bill Abbott to grant the four (4)

lot minor plat subject to variances for lots 3 and 4 for width

to depth ratio, for the covenants to include the minimum square

footage of the homes to be 1,400 square feet, the septic permit

and meeting the minor plat check list. A second was made by

Steve Edwards. Motion passed 8 - O.

The Commission went over the minor plat check list to see

that the plat met specifications for approval.

The Commission took a five (5) minute recess at this time.

Mr. Bob Dick, of Roberson Village, appeared before the

Commission to represent some Roberson Village residents with

complaints and concerns about the need for a traffic signal

at the intersection of Bridge Street and State Road 67. Mr. Dick

also informed the Commission that the Roberson Village residents

have a concern about a drainage ditch on the West side of Roberson

Village.

Motion was made by Bill Abbott to have Building Inspector

Joe Beikman to meet with Mr. Caperton about having the drainage

ditch on the West side of Roberson Village corrected.
