<br />'- <br /> <br />The Commission discussed the request for a rezone and <br />motion was made by Bill Abbott to continue this request until <br />the next Plan Commission meeting when the Marsh representatives <br />could present them with approval from the State on the widening <br />of St. Rd. 144, the traffic light, a traffic impact study and <br />a continuance of the Rooker Road access easement. A second was <br />made by Joel Beebe. Motion passed 8 - O. <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman pointed out to the Commission <br />that Marsh would still need to file for a plat or a P.U.D. <br />Attorney Ralph/Foley and Mr. John Larrison with Holloway <br />and Associates appeared before the Mooresville Planning Commission <br />representing Environmental Development Corporation with a request <br />for a subdivision approval for Rooker Trace, Section VI. <br />The Commission reviewed and discussed the request for <br />subdivision approval for Rooker Trace, Section VI. <br />Motion was made by Bill Abbott to continue the request for <br />subdivision approval until the next meeting so that Environmental <br />could re-plat the plans because of the number of lots that did <br />not meet the width to depth ratio. A second was made by Signe <br />Nicholson. Motion passed 7 - O. *Member Vern Kimmel departed <br />from the meeting before this request :was voted on. <br />Mr. John Larrison of Holloway and Associates also appeared <br />before the Mooresville Plan Commission representing Mr. John <br />Moore with a two (2) lot Minor Plat at 480 Bunker Hill Road. <br />The Commission read over the Minor Plat check list to <br />see that the plat met specifications for approval. <br />Motion was made by Signe Nicholson to grant the request for <br />a Minor Plat subject to the septic permit and changing the set <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />2 <br />
