<br />one (1) lot Minor Plat on the Southeast corner of Northridge Drive <br />and State Road 267. <br />The Commission went over the Minor Plat check list to see <br />that the plat met specifications for approval. <br />Motion was made by Bob Tucker to approve the request for <br />a Minor Plat on the Southeast corner of Northridge Drive and <br />State Road 267. A second was made by Steve Edwards. Motion <br />passed 7 - O. <br />Mr. Monty Russell, Russell Enterprises, Mr. Gene Hostetter, <br />and Mr. John Drapalik came before the Mooresville Plan Commission <br />requesting a re-zone from AG to P.U.D. - R at 1606 East State Road 144. <br />Mr. Hostetter, attorney for Russell Enterprises, passed out plans <br /> <br />for the Commission members review. <br /> <br />Mr. John Drapalik, Engineer for Russell Enterprises, passed <br />~ out proposed plans for a passing blister and a de-acceleration <br />lane at the 1606 East State Road 144 location to reduce possible <br />traffic hazards. <br />Mr. and Mrs. James Cottingim, 1612 State Road 144, expressed <br />concerns about a natural water way that was running through the <br /> <br /> <br />property at 1606 East State Road 144 and that it sloped onto their <br /> <br /> <br />property. The Cottingims' also explained that they were concerned <br /> <br /> <br />about the bad traffic situation on State Road 144. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. John Overpeck, 58 Pennington Road, explained that he was <br /> <br /> <br />concerned about getting a lot of water on his property from the <br /> <br /> <br />development. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Drapalik explained that retention ponds could control <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />the water flow in this area. <br /> <br />2 <br />
