<br />Ms. Lula Mae Bucker, property owner on State Road 144, asked <br />where the water overflow from the retention ponds would go. <br />Mr. Drapalik explained that the water would go under the bridge <br />and into the creek. <br />Several residents from around the 1606 East State Road 144 <br />area expressed their concerns about the bad traffic situation <br />already on State Road 144 and felt that with condominiums going <br />in this location it would cause an even greater problem. <br />Building Inspector, Joe Beikman, informed the Commission that <br />Russell Enterprises need source of title, road cut permit from the <br />state highway department, agreement for water services, Kore-N-Seal <br /> <br /> <br />rubber boot or equal, solid pre-cast concrete rings-12" maximum (maximum 2 risers) <br /> <br /> <br />12" stone over sewer pipe, lift station details, possible change of <br /> <br /> <br />grade on gravity portion of sewer, written easement for road if <br /> <br /> <br />'-" shared with the church and bonding for sewer and infrastructure. <br /> <br />'-' <br /> <br />Motion was made by Charles McGuire to recommend the request <br />to re-zone 1606 East State Road 144 from AG to P.U.D. - R to the <br />Town Council contingent upon changes Building Inspector Beikman <br />indicated. A second was made by Steve Edwards. Motion passed 7 - O. <br />Motion was made by Bob Tucker to approve the plans subject to <br />the agreement on the easement with the church, state highway <br />approval and acceleration and deceleration lanes and Building <br />Inspector Beikman's above mentioned requests. A second was made <br />by Shirley Welker. Motion passed 7 - O. <br />Motion was made by Bob Tucker to have Building Inspector <br />Beikman approve each unit that Russell Enterprises develops and <br />be signed by Plan Commission Chairman Joel Beebe.
