A second was made <br />by Steve Edwards. Motion passed 7 -'.0. <br />Mr. Roger Caperton, Caperton Development, appeared before the <br />Mooresville Planning Commission requesting to re-plat lots II & 12 <br />in Knightsbridge Subdivision, eliminating lot 12 to make lot 11 <br />one large lot. <br />Motion was made by Steve Edwards to grant the request to <br />Mr. Caperton eliminating lot 12 in Knightsbridge Subdivision making <br />lot II a larger lot.
