<br />"~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />'--' <br /> <br />was in compliance with the master plan. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Roy Herbert, State Road 144, explained that he was concerned <br /> <br /> <br />about the water coming onto his property from this piece of land <br /> <br /> <br />and wanted to know what Environmental planned on doing to take care <br /> <br /> <br />of this problem. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway, Engineer for Environmental Development, <br /> <br /> <br />explained to Mr. Herbert that a detention basin would be installed <br /> <br /> <br />to take care of the water problem. <br /> <br /> <br />Board member Charles McGuire expressed unfavorable concerns <br /> <br /> <br />about having this piece of property zoned R-3. <br /> <br /> <br />After much discussion among the Board about the above mentioned <br /> <br /> <br />request, motion was made by Steve Edwards to forward the request <br /> <br /> <br />to rezone the property located on State Road 144 from AG to R-3 to <br /> <br /> <br />the Town Council. A second was made by Bob Tucker. Motion of 4 for, <br /> <br /> <br />and 3 against, did not pass due to lack of a majority vote. <br /> <br /> <br />Plan Commission attorney, Tim Currens advised Environmental <br /> <br /> <br />Development Corporation to attend the August Planning G4immisGion ' <br /> <br /> <br />meeting when a full Board could vote. <br /> <br /> <br />Numerous residents '"from Springmill, Roberson Village and <br /> <br /> <br />Roberson Woods Subdivision, came before the Commission to voice <br /> <br /> <br />their concerns in regard to the drainage problems in each of their <br /> <br /> <br />subdivisions. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Joe Meo, 611 Springmill Dr., submitted a video and pictures <br /> <br /> <br />to the Plan Commission members for their review in regard to the <br /> <br /> <br />drainage problems at his home in Springmill subdivision. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway, Engineer for Environmental Development, <br /> <br />2 <br />
