Mr. Caperton explained <br /> <br /> <br />that the grocery store would possibly be the one close to the <br /> <br /> <br />community. <br /> <br /> <br />Ms. Paula Beasley, 443 Village Blvd., asked when the mound <br /> <br /> <br />system with trees would be put in to block out the sound of the <br /> <br /> <br />possible P.D.D. - C development. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Caperton replied that a letter would be sent out to explain <br /> <br /> <br />when the new changes would be taking place, and how they will be <br /> <br /> <br />taken care of. <br /> <br /> <br />Ms. Bonnie Pope, 439 Tavistock Drive, voiced her concerns about <br /> <br /> <br />having another exit for semi's that will need to load and un-load <br /> <br /> <br />in this area. <br /> <br /> <br />Motion was made to recommend the request for P.D.D. - C to the <br /> <br /> <br />Town Council by Steve Edwards. A second was made by Charles McGuire. <br /> <br /> <br />Motion passed 6 -a, with member Bob Tucker abstaining. <br /> <br /> <br />The Plan Commission members reviewed Mr. Caperton's preliminary <br /> <br /> <br />plans for the proposed P.D.D. - C, it was decided by the Board that <br /> <br /> <br />approval would be made on this subject to checkpoint agencies and <br /> <br />4 <br />
