<br />Mr. Caperton replied that there would be a total of one <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />hundred and ninety-three (193) lots. <br /> <br />Ms. Thompson also asked Mr. Caperton where the 1st section <br /> <br />of the development would begin. <br /> <br />Mr. Caperton explained that the 1st section would begin at <br /> <br />the far corner east of Roberson Woods. <br /> <br />Dennis Lashbrook, 409 Tavistock Drive, wanted the board to <br />b f h I d· A", <br />e aware 0 w at exact y a raln or sw~ll lS. <br /> <br />Mr. Lashbrook <br /> <br />explained to the board that he had drainage problems from his <br /> <br />QI <br />drain or sw~l which was a 45' wide, 6' high pile of dirt. <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway explained to the board members that there <br /> <br />were some drainage problems that needed to be addressed. <br /> <br />Mr. Holloway explained to the board that the mound on Mr. Lashbrook's <br /> <br />property needed to come out or additional drainage structures <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />needed to be put in. <br /> <br />Mr. Caperton replied that the drainage problem would be <br /> <br />taken care of but that he would not be able to solve the problem <br /> <br />until late in April. <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway asked Mr. Caperton what type of stop sign <br /> <br />would be put in at the intersection of Landersdale and Bridge Street. <br /> <br />Plan Commission attorney, Tim Currens advised Mr. Holloway <br /> <br />that the type of stop sign would be the town's decision if it is <br /> <br />in the town, or it would be the county's decision of it is in the <br /> <br />county. <br /> <br />Plan Commission member Signe Nicholson asked Mr. Caperton <br /> <br />if the town's waste water treatment facility could handle this area. <br /> <br />---- <br /> <br />2 <br />
