'--

'-

'"'

-

Mr. Hopkins also wanted to know what type of businesses would

be going in at this location.

Mr. Henry replied that a construction office and a sales office

would be going in at this location.

Motion was made by Plan Commission member Bill Abbott to

recommend that the acceptance of the petition be granted because

it is in line with the Comprehensive Plan, A second was made by

Shirley Welker. Motion passed 8 - O.

Attorney Ralph Foley came before the Mooresville Plan Commission

representing Mary Susan Moore for a request of a Minor Plat at

512 Bunker Hill Road, 6.189 acres. Mr. Ross Holloway represented

Ms, Moore as the surveyer of this area.

There was much discussion among the Board concerning the

maintenance of the road with the existing easement, and that the

easement would be newly defined.

Mr. George Moffat, 560 Bunker Hill Road, wanted to know if

by putting additional traffic along the access easement if it

might burden surrounding property owners and would require more

maintenance.

Mr. Ralph Foley explained that there would be additional

. traffic and tha-t some form of a -maintenance agreement could be

drawn up between the surrounding property owners. Mr. Foley

also explained that the road could possibly be a dedicated road

to the county.

Plan Commission member Bill Abbott pointed out that the

dedication of the road to the county was not a concern to this

board.

2
