<br />Plan Commission Attorney Tim Currens advised that the county <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />engineer, Steve ~egeman could be contacted in this matter; however, <br /> <br />Mr. Currens explained that the county may not accept it. <br /> <br />Plan Commission member Bob Tucker asked what the length and <br /> <br />width of lot four (4) is, at the Bunker Hill location. <br />Mr. Ross Holloway replied that lot four (4) was 1,452' x 150'. <br /> <br />Board Attorney Tim Currens advised that this would need to <br /> <br /> <br />be approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals for ratio'requirements. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Steve Edwards to grant the petition for the <br /> <br />minor plat subject to approval of the Board of Zoning Appeals on <br /> <br />a variance for the ratio requirements, a protective covenant for <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />maintenance of the easement and a letter from the Board of>Health. <br /> <br />A second was made by Vern Kimmel. Motion -passed 8 - O. <br /> <br />Mr. Roger Caperton of Caperton Developers came before the <br /> <br />'- Plan commission with a request to rezone the Crafton Farm, 78 acres, <br /> <br />from IIA" to IIR-ID". <br /> <br />Board member Charles McGuire asked Mr. Caperton to explain <br /> <br />why he wanted to rezone the 78 acres to an "R-1D" classification. <br /> <br />Mr. Caperton explained that he wanted to rezone to "R-1D" <br /> <br />because of the fromt building line of 30'. Mr. Caperton went on <br /> <br />to say that he felt he needed the extra footage in case someone <br /> <br />wanted a larger house built on their lot. <br /> <br />Chairman Joel Beebe suggested that the 78 acre rezone request <br /> <br />be tabled until the Plan Commission went over Caperton's other <br /> <br />requests. <br /> <br />Caperton Development brought before the Plan Commission Board <br /> <br />a request to rezone 35 acres from "A" to "R-1D", Knightsbridge. <br /> <br />Mr, Jim Sells, 490 Redwood Drive, Roberson Woods, came before <br /> <br />3 <br />
