'- '- Mr. Hoover said that Lin-EI, Inc. had come before the Mooresville Town Council abo~t the sewer, and the Council requested a waste load allocation.from them. Chairman Joel Beebe indicated that Lin-El, Inc. had went over everything on the check list that the Plan Commission developed for them at the previous meeting. Motion was made by Bob Tucker to approve the preliminary P.U,D. subject to the final approval on the waste load allocation for the Town Council. A second was made by Greg Bergesen. Motion passed 8 - O. Attorney Ralph Foley came before the Mooresville Plan Commission representing Environmental Development Corp., for a request on preliminary and final plat approval on Rooker Trace Subdivision, Section II. Motion was made by Charles McGuire to grant the request subject to an Escrow Agreement, I.D.E.M.. approval and certification of the downstream hydraulics. A second was made by Bob Tucker. Motion passed 8 - O. OLD BUSINESS The Plan Commission members reviewed and made the attached changes to the Comprehensive Plan map. Motion was made by Bill Abbott to send the amended Comprehensive Plan map to the Town Council for approval. A second was made by Bob Tucker. Motion passed 8 - O. Building Inspector, Joe Beikman, reported he had issued twenty- three (23) permits, had forty-one (41) inspections, and one (1) red tag. Motion was made by Shirley Welker to adjourn.
