'-

'-

',-.-

Attorney Mark Peden came before the Mooresville Plan Commission

representing Lin-EI, Inc., to continue the hearing for a P.U.D.,

preliminary plat approval.

Mr. Dick Hoover with American Consulting Engineers brought

blue prints for the Plan Commission to review. Mr. Hoover explained

several things on this project including the road that would be

built to arterial standards. He also explained that there was a

70' right-of-way and that they were providing a 30' building set

back line. Mr. Hoover discussed how on either side of the right-

of-way they are including a 10' utility easement and that within

it would be the storm sewer; electrical line, gas line, water line
and sanitary sewer line. Mr. Hoover explained that they had service
ability statements from Hill Water, Indiana Gas and REMC. Mr. Hoover
explained that part of the electrical service was provided by IPL
and the other part of the electrical service was provided by REMC.
Mr. Hoover said that they would like for the entire area to be
serviced by one electrical company but were unable to get a com-
mitment by one utility at this time. Mr. Hoover also discussed
the drainage areas and the traffic situation. He explained that
they estimated there to be about 400 cars a day along the road
and about 100 trucks a day when the project is completed. Mr. Hoover
also discussed the wet-lands area which had a 21" field tile that
is broken. He also discussed the possibility of the wet-lands area
drying up by the time Poe's Cafeteria was hooked up to the sanitary
sewer and the 21" line is repaired, Mr. Hoover passed out a wet-
lands report and also a drainage report for the Board's review.

Board member Bob Tucker asked Lin-EI, Inc., representatives

if they had appeared before the Town Council about the sewer.

6
