<br />'- <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />',-.- <br /> <br />Attorney Mark Peden came before the Mooresville Plan Commission <br /> <br /> <br />representing Lin-EI, Inc., to continue the hearing for a P.U.D., <br /> <br /> <br />preliminary plat approval. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Dick Hoover with American Consulting Engineers brought <br /> <br /> <br />blue prints for the Plan Commission to review. Mr. Hoover explained <br /> <br /> <br />several things on this project including the road that would be <br /> <br /> <br />built to arterial standards. He also explained that there was a <br /> <br /> <br />70' right-of-way and that they were providing a 30' building set <br /> <br /> <br />back line. Mr. Hoover discussed how on either side of the right- <br /> <br /> <br />of-way they are including a 10' utility easement and that within <br /> <br /> <br />it would be the storm sewer; electrical line, gas line, water line <br />and sanitary sewer line. Mr. Hoover explained that they had service <br />ability statements from Hill Water, Indiana Gas and REMC. Mr. Hoover <br />explained that part of the electrical service was provided by IPL <br />and the other part of the electrical service was provided by REMC. <br />Mr. Hoover said that they would like for the entire area to be <br />serviced by one electrical company but were unable to get a com- <br />mitment by one utility at this time. Mr. Hoover also discussed <br />the drainage areas and the traffic situation. He explained that <br />they estimated there to be about 400 cars a day along the road <br />and about 100 trucks a day when the project is completed. Mr. Hoover <br />also discussed the wet-lands area which had a 21" field tile that <br />is broken. He also discussed the possibility of the wet-lands area <br />drying up by the time Poe's Cafeteria was hooked up to the sanitary <br />sewer and the 21" line is repaired, Mr. Hoover passed out a wet- <br />lands report and also a drainage report for the Board's review. <br /> <br /> <br />Board member Bob Tucker asked Lin-EI, Inc., representatives <br /> <br /> <br />if they had appeared before the Town Council about the sewer. <br /> <br />6 <br />
