<br />'-" <br /> <br />Caperton Developers came before the Plan Commission with <br /> <br /> <br />another plat approval on 4.86 acres, Roberson Woods' 111'.· <br /> <br /> <br />Motion was made by Member Charles McGuire to accept the <br /> <br /> <br />request of a plat on the 4.86 acres, subject to an Escrow Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />A second was made by Vern Kimmel. Motion passed 8 - O. <br /> <br /> <br />Chairman Joel Beebe brought the Board's attention back to <br /> <br /> <br />Caperton's first request for a rezone on the 78 acres, Crafton <br /> <br />Farm, from I'A" to "R_ID". <br /> <br /> <br />The Plan Commission members discussed that they were not <br /> <br /> <br />satisfied with what was brought before them and felt they needed <br /> <br /> <br />to see something more. <br /> <br /> <br />Motion was made by Board member Charles McGuire to disapprove <br /> <br /> <br />Caperton's request to rezone the Crafton Farm to "R-1D". Motion <br /> <br /> <br />died from lack of a second. <br /> <br /> <br />Motion was then made by Bob Tucker to continue the hearing <br /> <br /> <br />for the rezone request at the next Plan Commission meeting with <br /> <br /> <br />perhaps some type of plat on this area to look at. A second was <br /> <br /> <br />made by Charles McGuire. Motion passed 7 - 1, with Abbott opposing. <br /> <br /> <br />Caperton Developers also brought a new item of business to <br /> <br /> <br />discuss before the Plan Commission concerning lot #26, Roberson <br /> <br /> <br />Woods. Caperton Developers explained that they wanted to write <br /> <br /> <br />a new easement to reduce part of the drainage easement on this lot <br /> <br />so that a home could more easily be built on this lot. <br /> Motion was made by Mr. Bill Abbott to accept the modification <br />on the drainage easement relying on the certification of the engineer <br /> <br />that it will not cause a drainage problem.
