<br />R-2 shall be defined as an area for two family dwelling units. <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />(a) Representative uses: 'l'^'=> family dwelling units, parks, churches, <br />playgrounds. <br /> <br />(b) Special exceptions: R- 1 uses are permitted which rreet -the minimum <br />development standards under R-1(d) as shawn in Table 3(a). <br /> <br />(c) Restrictions: Height regulations, lot area, frontages, setbacks. See <br />section 3 and Tables 1 and 3a, also Parking Table 4a. <br /> <br />VI. R-3, RESIDENTIAL <br /> <br />--------------------- <br /> <br />This district designates the most densely developed multi-family residential <br />units. It includes multi-family uses, consisting of 3 or more units with minimum lot <br />size based on the number of dwelling units in a building. The requirements as to <br />minimum size of lots and ground floor area of buildings are less than those specified <br />for the other residential districts. <br /> <br />(a) Representative Uses: Multi-family residential uses consisting of units of <br />three dwellings per unit or greater, churches, parks and playgrounds, and other <br />similar recreational uses, schools, kindergartens or day nurseries, nursery <br />schools. <br /> <br />(b) Special Exceptions: See use listings, <br /> <br />"- <br /> <br />(c) Restrictions: See Section 3 and Table 1 and Table 3a, also Parking Table <br />4a. <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />19 <br />
