J. Associates (Ashbury Park 144), for a rezone from <br /> <br />R-3 to 1-1, Mobile Home Sales. <br /> <br />Attorney Tim Currens explained to the Commission that mobile <br /> <br />home sales are routinely done in mobile home parks of this size <br /> <br />and the question would be whether or not their actual use would <br /> <br />require an 1-1 Classification. <br /> <br />After much discussion among the Plan Commission, the members <br /> <br />decided that this was a practical definition of what a mobile home <br /> <br />park is and how it functions. <br /> <br />Motion was made by William Abbott to accept what they have <br /> <br />been presented with because it is not in conflict with the zoning <br /> <br />ordinance. A second was made by Steve Edwards. Motion passed 8 - O. <br /> <br />Attorney Mark Pedan came before the Planning Commission <br /> <br />representing Mr. Frank Lowry, owner of Lin-EI, Inc. to rezone their <br /> <br />present Classification of "A" to "I", Planned unit Development. <br /> <br />Mr. Pedan explained to the Commission that this will not be a <br /> <br />project which lots or tracts will be sold off to individual industrial <br /> <br />users, but that it will be kept under Mr. Lowry's control and built <br /> <br />for the specific needs of Lin-EI, Inc. <br /> <br />Mr. Doug Poe, a representative with Lin-EI, Inc. brought a <br /> <br />lay-out of what they propose will be the Planned Unit Development <br /> <br />for the Planning commission members to review. <br /> <br />Mr. Poe explained to the commission how a road would be put in <br /> <br />to allow an entrance and an exit off onto old 267 to keep as much <br /> <br />traffic off of Bethel Road as possible.
