<br />'-- <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE MOORESVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OCTOBER 24, 1991 - 7:30 P.M. <br />MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br />The Mooresville Plan Commission met for its regular meeting <br />on October 24, 1991 at 7:30 P.M. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br />Present were Board members Joel Beebe, Vern Kimmel, Charles <br />McGuire, William Abbott and Shirley Welker. Absent were members <br />David Barry, Steve Edwards, Dave Minardo and Signe Nicholson. <br />Also present was the Board's attorney, Timothy C. Currens. <br />A motion was made by Bill Abbott to accept the minutes of <br />the September 26, 1991 meeting. A second was made by Shirley <br />Welker. Motion carried 5 - O. <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Roger Caperton of Caperton Development Group, Inc. came <br />before the Commission requesting final plat approval for <br />Roberson Village Section II. Roger presented plans to the <br />Board. After reviewing the plans, Joel Beebe pointed out that <br />items requested by Joe Beikman with the exception of the Escrow <br />Agreements which Tim Currens handles and the IDEM approval which <br />is supposedly on the way, have been met. A motion was made by <br />Bill Abbott to approve this request. A second was made by <br />Vern Kimmel. Motion passed 5 - O. Tim Currens again clarified <br />that this has been approved subject to the Escrow Agreements <br />and the IDEM approval. <br />Roger then showed the Board the easements for extending <br />sewers to Allison Road. Roger told the Board that he is <br />obtaining these from Grace Missionary Church and Jone's Family <br />Mortuary for the future expansion of the town. He will be <br />submitting these with this plan. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Joel Beebe said that the Swinney Brothers rezoning of 40 <br />acres was tabled at the meeting last month because of the <br /> <br />- I - <br />
