We might <br />also want Joe Beikman to submit his thoughts on this area. <br />Joel brought up the concern regardin swimming pool fences. <br />Tim said it is a State Law that the minimum is 5 feet. Tim <br />will check the law before a final decision is made. <br />Mobile home parks were then discussed and Joe Beikman would <br />like to see filing of plat for a ,~lanned :¡)nit Development for <br />mobile home parks. Tim said he had reviewed this and he thinks <br />this shound not be through a plat but make them file all of <br />those as a planned unit development.
