<br />· <br />r <br />I <br />¡ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />1493 ,Greencastle Road and their request for a minor plat to allow a second <br />lot on 10.715 acres. Richard pointed out the requirements that were <br />requested at the August Plan Conmission meeting. Bill Abbott did point <br />out that the driveway easement was not shown on the plat. A motion was made <br />by Bill Abbott to accept the minor plat with a statement that a building <br />permit would not be issued tIDtil the driveway easement is shown on the <br />plat. A second was made by Signe Nicholson. Motion passed 7 - O. <br />Mark Peden then came before the Board on behalf of Billy M. and <br />Janet C. Ferguson and their rezoning request from A to B-3 regarding <br />property located at 9188 ~est South County Line Road, Camby at State <br />Road 67. This property has been used for several years as business; <br />however, the property had never been rezoned and recorded properly by <br />Morgan COtIDty. A motion was made by Signe Nicholson to reccmnend to <br />approve their request to zone B-3. A second was made by Steve Fdwards. <br />Motion passed 7 - O. <br />A motion was then made by Bill Abbott to make a special exception for <br />Auto sales, auto repair, trailer sales and trailer repair in compliance <br />with the master plan. A second was made by Charles McGuire. Motion <br />passed 5 - 2 with Steve Fdwards and Signe Nicholson voting Nay. <br />Mark Runkle came before the Board for MichaeÍ ~inter the actual <br />petitioner regarding a minor plat on 8.853 acres at SR 42 and Bethel Road. <br />Bill Abbott pointed out that the plat did not show the setback lines and <br />,r <br />asked if we could waive the setback lines according to scale. Tim ¡ <br />Currens replied that they cO'uld do so. It was then brought to their <br />attention that they will need a statement from a Certified Registered <br />Engineer. A motion was then made by Steve Fdwards that we accept the <br />plat with the exception of the statement from a Certified Registered <br />Engineer. A second was made by Charles McGuire. Motion carried 7 - O. <br />Richard ~ood then came before the Board with a Special Exception <br />request by R.J. Associates, LP to add 21 lots to the existing Ashbury <br />Park. He brought to the Board's attention that they have their own <br />sewage treatment plant and are serviced by Hill ~ater Company. A motion <br />was made by Steve Edward to reccmnend to the Board of Zoning Appeals <br /> <br />- 2 - <br /> <br />'-' <br />
