R-3, RESIDENTIAL <br /> <br />--------------------- <br /> <br />111is district designates the most densely developed multi-family residential <br />units. It includes multi-family uses, consisting of 3 or more units with minimunl lot <br />size œsed on the number of dwelling units in a building. The requirements as to <br />¡ninimulll size of lots and ground floor area of buildings are less than those specified <br />for the other residential districts. <br /> <br />(a) Representative Uses: Multi-fanrily residential uses consisting of units of <br />three dwellings per unit or greater, churches, parks and playgrounds, and other <br />similar recreational uses, schools, kindergartens or day nurseries, nursery <br />schools. <br /> <br />(b) Special Exceptions: See use listings. <br /> <br />(c) Restrictions and Buffering Uses: R-2 <br /> <br />(d) Height regulations, lot area, frontages, setbacks and yard requirar~nts, <br />parking requirements (require parks and playgrounds in certain size <br />develo¡:ments). See section 3 and Table 1 and Table 3a, also, Parking 1.'able 4a. <br />
