<br />~ <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION <br /> <br />The Mooresville Plan Commission met at its regular scheduled <br /> <br />meeting on December 27, 1990 at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />Present <br /> <br />were board members Signe Nicholson, Dave Minardo, Steve Edwards, <br /> <br />Vern Kimmell, Shirley Welker, Dave Barry, Robert Tucker, and Joel <br /> <br />Beebe. Building Inspector Beikman and the board's attorney <br /> <br />Timothy C. Currens were also present. <br /> <br />The meeting was called to <br /> <br />order by chairperson Nicholson who acknowledged that a quorum <br /> <br />was present. <br /> <br />The board proceeded with the approval of the minutes <br /> <br />of the prior meeting with changes. <br /> <br />The first item on the agenda was the final plat approval of <br /> <br />Cloverleaf properties. <br /> <br />Petitioners were present by Dale Koons and <br /> <br />Ted Bruzas. <br /> <br />They advised that all of the improvements had been <br /> <br />done except for the asphalt and sidewalks and the changes in the <br /> <br />final plat were highlighted. <br /> <br />The board reviewed all changes and <br /> <br />discussed the plat. <br /> <br />Signe Nicholson questioned whether or not <br /> <br />the comments she had made as chairperson of the Plan Commission <br /> <br />concerning the elderly housing and the Economic Development <br /> <br />Commission proposed bond would still stand in the event a bond was <br /> <br />issued. <br /> <br />The board's attorney advised that since the changes had <br /> <br />been made he would expect that a new letter would have to be <br /> <br />issued. <br /> <br />Bob Tucker then moved to approve the final plats subject <br /> <br />to the bonding requirements being met to satisfy Building Inspector <br /> <br />Beikman and the board's attorney. Chairperson Nicholson called for <br /> <br />questions. <br /> <br />Darrel Brown had a question concerning fire hydrants <br /> <br />which were almost too far for the engines to hit and stated that he <br /> <br />'--' <br />
