·

answer to that.

Bob Tucker questioned whether or not the proposed

25 foot easement for access and utilities was adequate.

After a

discussion the board felt that should be extended to 30 feet. The

board then reviewed other development standards and requested that

Lewis Engineering put some document into the record showing that

a registered engineer is certifying that the development would not

increase the downstream hydraulic peak of the waterway in which

water shed the property was located.

Mr. Gaddis agreed to have

this done.

The maintenance

and easement agreements were presented

along with the Board of Health certificate.

The other requirements

of the minor plat were discussed and Darrel Brown questioned

whether a fire truck could get back in the event of flooding or

water problems in the area. Mr. Gaddis felt that that would be

the homeowners problem and access would have to be improved by the

respective property owners if this was desired.

The board's attorney

advised that the maintenance agreement did not require the other

parties to the maintenance agreement to bring the road up to the

standard of any given party to the agreement and this was something

that had to be mutually agreed upon.

Dave Barry then moved for

approval of the minor plat subject to them showing the change in

the easment to 30 feet and providing the documentation concerning

the downstream hydraulic peak.

This was seconded by Joel Beebe

and passed by a vote of eight (8) in favor and zero (0) opposed.
The next item on the agenda was Mary Thomas' minor plat.
The board's attorney advised that he had received a phone call

from Ross Holloway, the surveyor for Mary Thomas, requesting that

this matter be continued.

There were no remonstrators present

-5-
