<br />& <br /> <br />the goal was to reverse the decision of the Plan Commission as <br /> <br />'--- <br /> <br />stated in the questionnaire and since the Plan Commission does not <br /> <br />want to reconsider this, the matter would not be addressed. <br /> <br />Under new business LaVerne Keller Chamberlain had a question <br /> <br />concerning a non-conforming use for a mobile home. The Board's <br />Attorney advised that he had reviewed her question with the <br />Building Inspector and that she could have a mobile home moved in <br /> <br />so long as it was put on a permanent foundation and all other <br /> <br />ordinance requirements were met. <br /> <br />The Board then reviewed the zoning ordinance and proposed <br /> <br />changes. <br /> <br />Robert Tucker went through several itemized questions <br /> <br />and revisions as did Bill Abbott. <br /> <br />The Board made the appropriate <br /> <br />changes after discussion and set the public hearing for the <br /> <br />comprehensive plan and new zoning ordinance, subdivision control <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />ordinance and maps for July 19, 1990 at 7:00 p.m. at the High <br /> <br />school auditorium. <br /> <br />Bob Tucker was placed in charge of the <br /> <br />presentation. <br /> <br />The Building Inspector's report was given consisting of 17 <br /> <br />permits and 26 inspections. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the <br /> <br />meeting was upon motion duly made and carried adjourned. <br /> <br />xI~T~ ¿ ~cd~ <br /> <br />'Si e Nicholson, Chairperson <br /> <br /> <br />¿LÆ¿f-) <br /> <br />Secretary <br /> <br />'-- <br />
