Mr. Smith stated that <br />they had the drawing for a planned unit development on this tract <br />which is currently "B" - Residential District. He then introduced <br />Exhibits "A", "B", and "CD which outline the composition of the <br />planned unit development and the exceptions that were being <br />requested from the "B" zoning requirements. Mr. Smith then <br />outlined the respective portions of the planned unit development <br />as follows: <br />a. Spring Hill Apartments, Phase III on a 3.073 acre parcel <br />which would consist of five 6 unit one-story buildings with <br />one bedroom units only. <br />b. A senior housing facility on a 5.07 acre parcel currently <br />planned as 65 unit one-story building consisting of <br />efficiency, one and two bedroom units. <br />c. Single family subdivision on an 8.644 acre parcel with 34 <br />lots. <br />d. Recreation area consisting of 7.515 acres located west of <br />Spring Mill Drive in the low-lying area at the east side of <br />White Lick Creek with proposed softball, soccer, basketball <br />and jogging areas. <br />Exhibit "B" outlined the statement of exceptions from development <br />standards and Exhibit "CD outlined statement of covenants to run <br /> <br /> <br />with the proposed planned unit development. The Board then <br /> <br /> <br />proceeded to a review of the planned unit development under <br /> <br /> <br />Section 6.1 of the ordinance. The Board found the proposed layout <br /> <br /> <br />did show the respective streets, buildings, lots and other <br /> <br />-12- <br />
