The Board was concerned that the amount of <br />'- the bond be adequate due to the size of this project. <br />In reviewing the plat, there was some concern over the <br /> <br />dimensions of the lots shown as 23, 24, and 25, and they requested <br /> <br />that Mr. Caperton have Lewis Engineering change these to show <br />the west end of these lots consistent with the depth ratio shown <br />in the ordinance. Also, to clarify the ownership of these lots <br />and to show them as a drainage easement to the owner of the lot so <br />they cannot be filled. They also pointed out that provisions for <br />sidewalks on at least one side of the street must be shown. Bill <br />Abbott also suggested that they consult with the Fire Chief, Jim <br />Bruner, to recommend spacing on the fire hydrants. The Board also <br /> <br /> <br />requested that the street lighting be shown with the Town to put <br /> <br /> <br />the lights in. It was also noted that a certification must be <br /> <br /> <br />shown for storm drainage with the registered engineer signing off <br /> <br />'--' <br /> <br />on this on the recorded plat. Bill Abbott then moved to approve <br />the plat subject to all of the above items being taken care of to <br />the satisfaction of a technical committee appointed by Chairperson <br /> <br />Nicholson. This was passed 8 to O. Signe Nicholson then <br />appointed a technical committee of Fire Chief Jim Bruner, Joe <br />Beikman, and Board Member Bob Tucker. If satisfied, the technical <br />committee can show its approval to the Chairperson and Secretary <br /> <br /> <br />of the Plan Commission for signing and recording without further <br /> <br /> <br />action of the Commission. <br /> <br /> <br />The next item to come before the Commission was the planned <br /> <br /> <br />unit development of Cloverleaf Properties presented by George <br /> <br /> <br />Smith. Mr. Smith advised that Cloverleaf Properties owned a 24.30 <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />-11- <br />
