Mr. Abbott and Mr. Edwards
thanked Chairperson Nicholson for conducting an efficient and
professional meeting concerning a tough issue. The written
resolution was approved by the members and executed by the
Chairperson and Secretary.
The next item on the agenda was the rezoning petition of
James Remster. Mr. Beikman also stated that they
should use 12" stone not 3" stone over the pipes and that the
risers in the manhole should be concrete rather than brick.
The Board also requested that Joe Beikman set the amount of
the bond as set out in the ordinance and to request any assistance

-10-
