A copy of our letter of <br />application to the Board of Zoning Appeals for an Improvement <br />Location Permit for a Special Exception is enclosed. Also <br />enclosed as Exhibits "A", "B", and "C" are statements outlining <br />the composition of the Planned Unit Development, the exceptions <br />we request from the "B" zoning requirements and covenants we <br />propose.
