<br />'-- <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />O/3Ô !qo <br /> <br />The next item to come before the Board was the rezoning <br /> <br />petition of Jim Remster. The Board's Attorney advised that <br />notices had not gone out and that this matter would be continued. <br />The next item concerned the plan unit development of Roger <br /> <br />and Karen Raymond. Attorney Briane House was present on behalf of <br /> <br /> <br />the petitioners. The plan unit development was presented with the <br /> <br /> <br />respective uses set out, along with drainage and access. Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />House stated that the traffic in the area would be very low due to <br />the type of development proposed. Ross Holloway, registered land <br />surveyor, explained how Goose Creek would be dealt with concerning <br />the drainage problems. Mr. Holloway stated that there were <br />certain limitations on the drainage in the area due to a lack of <br />control both upstream and downstream. In particular, the upstream <br />flow was regulated by the corrogated pipes which flowed into the <br />land and downstream by the lack of maintenance in some adjoining <br />properties. He did state that by cleaning out the channel, it <br />would allow better flow. Briane House then stated that the <br />development of the land through a planned unit development would <br />allow for use of the seven acre tract with four acres being <br />retained in basically a grassy area. The Board then opened up <br />comments from the floor; there being none, the Board proceeded <br />with discussion of the planned unit development. Shirley Welker <br />had concerns about emergency vehicles having access through the 16 <br /> <br /> <br />foot alley. Attorney House advised that there was sufficient <br /> <br /> <br />onsite parking that vehicles should not be in the roadway and felt <br /> <br /> <br />that there would be access. Dave Barry questioned the written <br /> <br /> <br />comittments which were tendered at the prior meeting. The Board's <br /> <br />-3- <br />
