Richard Moore explained the timetable. <br />__ Building Inspector Beikman advised that the unsafe portion had <br />been removed and at this time, the only current problem consisted <br />of weather resistant qualities since part of the roof was in the <br />state of disrepair. The Board's Attorney then advised that under <br />the notice of violation issued that the problems had been cured <br />and this matter should be dismissed. The Board proceeded to find <br />that the violations were cured and that the action was now <br />dismissed. <br />Signe Nicholson then reported on the master land use <br />committee. Signe advised that Randy's landview inventory and maps <br />were just about completed and that at the last committee meeting, <br />changes in the actual zoning ordinance were discussed. Signe <br />stated that the two major tasks remaining consist of rewriting the <br />zoning ordinance and the master land use plan. She reported that <br />the committee had discussed having her to do the master land use <br />text at a fee of $65 per hour. Signe felt that it would take her <br />approximately 70 hours to accomplish this. William Abbott then <br />moved to hire Signe Nicholson to proceed with authoring the master <br />land use plan at $65 per hour. This was seconded by Steve Edwards <br />and unanimously carried. (Signe Nicholson abstained from voting.) <br />The Board then proceeded to the Building Inspector's report <br />of 6 permits, 13 inspections and one red tag. <br />Randy Haymaker addressed the Board concerning a request for a <br /> <br />zoning classification for a waste incinerator.
