'--'

~

Pruden owned other acreage in the area and lived just down the
street from this location in Madison Township. The intended use
was to place doubles on the lot which would have a value in excess
of $100,000. He further explained that the septic permits had
been obtained and that a 14 foot by BO foot mobile home had been
moved off of this lot which already had a septic on it and a
well, which would be used for the Brown Township double. It is
the intent of Mr. Pruden to place one of the doubles where the
mobile homes was located. Mr. Hamilton
stated that he would like to keep Allison Road country but it just
doesn't seem possible with the growth of this area and stated
further that the ground cannot stay farm ground forever. Rhondy
Ferguson, an adjoining land owner and the daughter of the
prudens, addressed the Board stating that she was in favor of the
rezoning. In particular, she advised that the prior use as a

trucking company had hurt the neighborhood and this new use should

vastly improve the adjoining grounds. Dennis Wilhide, the builder

on the renovation of the pole barn, stated that the Prudens intend

-2-
