Building Inspector Beikman stated that full compliance
still had not been met. After a substantial discussion by the
Board, William Abbott moved to allow Mr. Graybill until September
28, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. to have the structure completely brought up
to code or, in the alternative, the Board should use the $3,500
bond money to complete the project starting September 29th. This
was seconded by Shirley Welker. Dave Barry raised the question of
whether or not the Board could proceed at the present time to have

the work done. After discussion, the Board proceeded to the vote

on the unsafe building ordinance made by William Abbott. The vote
was 8 in favor and 0 opposed. Mr. Graybill advised that he
understood the Board's motion and order and thanked them for the

additional time.

William Abbott requested that Building Inspector Beikman

check and see if the Two Brothers Remodeling business is being

operated out of the Main and Clay Street property. He also

requested the Building Inspector to check the Mead house on

----.

-5-
