<br />J <br /> <br />,- - <br /> <br />for another location because he did not want to cause any problems <br /> <br />with the neighbors. <br />With regards to the Dr. Arcadio Alarcon property, the board <br />was advised that the tenant has moved out and that the property is <br />now in compliance with the ordinance. <br />Attorney Currens noted in the agenda that the planning <br />commission needed to request that the county planning commission <br /> <br />relinquish jurisdiction over the new buffer zone area so that any <br /> <br />new filings would not be susceptible to both the county and town <br />jurisdiction. Bill Abbott felt that the maps needed to be <br />completed before they had anything to request of the county. <br />Joel Beebe then read to the board members a letter received <br />from Ray and Betty Selwa complaining of property located at the <br />corner of White Lick Road and Hendricks County line. The letter <br />advised the property was deteriorating and that there were junk <br />cars on the property. Inspector Beikman advised that they could <br />not do anything to enforce the exterior appearance of the property <br />because it was located in the buffer zone. Bill Abbott felt that <br />the board attorney should send a letter in response saying that <br />the board has no jurisdiction to take any action on this matter <br />but they would forward the same to the county planning commission. <br />Robert Tucker moved to follow Bill Abbott's recommendation and the <br />motion was seconded and unanimously carried. <br />Attorney Ksenak advised that Randy Haymaker's input should be <br />considered in the development of the area land use plan for the <br />buffer zone since he was to be the new president of the Economic <br /> <br />Development Commission.
