In <br /> <br /> <br />particular he stated that Mr. Haymaker felt that the town needed <br /> <br /> <br />an I-Industrial base somewhere and that this was an ideal location <br /> <br /> <br />off of a major thoroughfare. <br /> <br /> <br />William Abbott then asked the petitioners why they were <br /> <br /> <br />requesting I-Industrial zoning for this under the ordinance. Dave <br /> <br /> <br />Lawson stated that he did not feel this was a freight terminal <br /> <br /> <br />since no freight would be unloaded there and that truck repair <br /> <br /> <br />fell under I-Industrial or by special exception under General <br /> <br /> <br />Business and felt that the I-Industrial would be the classifica- <br /> <br /> <br />tion to go for. The Board's attorney then defined the procedure <br /> <br /> <br />for determining a use under the ordinance in the event a classifi- <br /> <br /> <br />cation was in question by the Plan Commission. In particular, he <br /> <br /> <br />stated that this matter should be referred to the Board of Zoning <br /> <br /> <br />Appeals to make a determination of use pursuant to the ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />The Board then entertained comments from the floor. Don <br /> <br /> <br />Adams, who resides at Bethel Road and owns adjacent property which <br /> <br /> <br />is currently farm ground introduced a map showing his ground and <br /> <br /> <br />adjoining agriculture uses.
