The Board reviewed

the drainage and noted that the way the water was piped it would not go

onto adjoining owners and felt that there was no problem regarding

this. The Board then opened up the meeting to questions from the floor.

Charles Knop of 671 State Road 267 had a question regarding the entryway

and whether or not it infringed upon his property. The Board reviewed

the drawings with Mr. Knop and also advised that the subdivision had to be

located entirely upon the owners' property and that this Board had no

authority to grant an easement upon anyone else's property. Mr. Lloyd

showed the figures to Mr. Knop on the location of the road and the

respective right-of-ways.

Frank Stout of 699 State Road 267 wanted to see a layout and

the location of the lots and also had a question regarding hooking

onto the sewer and water. A motion was then made by William Abbott to

approve the plat subject to the production of a letter from the State Highwa~
showing that the entryway and cut was approved, approval by the Board
of Health of the sewer lines, and the variance being granted as filed for

the next Board of Zoning Appeals meeting along with the filing of the

letter of credit in lieu of bond pursuant to the ordinance. Chairman

~ Abbott also added to the motion that a committee should be appointed

by the Board to approve this upon the filing of the four requirements

set out above and the motion was seconded by Dave Barry and unanimously
