Chairman Kimmel then opened up the meeting for volunteers from

the Board for said committee and William Abbott, Steve Edwards, and Dave

Barry volunteered to serve on the committee along with Chairman Kimmel.

The next item to come before the Board was the complaint against

Raymond Reed on the Ferguson Road property. Mr. Schultz, an adjoining

neighbor produced a signed statement by Dave Stone that he had rented

the basement of Mr. Reed's property from January 1st through the 14th, 1986.

He also produced pictures showing fill on the land. William Abbott made a motion that the Board find that
Raymond Reed was in violation of the Town's ordinance regarding the
use of his property as a multiple-family use where it was zoned for

residential. He further made a finding that there were not sufficient
grounds to show an improper use regarding a landfill. This was seconded
and unanimously carried. The Board also moved to have the use to cease by

July 23, 1987 and requested Mr. Reed to report back at that meeting.

The next item to come before the Board was the complaint regarding

Joan's Catering. The Board's attorney advised that Joan Fuller had

contacted him and could not make this meeting but would report back by
