Joel Beebe moved that this <br /> <br />action be taken, this was seconded by Steve Edwards and unanimously <br /> <br />carried. <br /> <br />The next item to come before the Board concerned the 39 West Main <br /> <br />Street property of Doug Turner. The Board's attorney stated that most of <br /> <br />the debris had been cleaned up and he had received an eviction notice <br /> <br />to bring the property back in the compliance of one family living in the <br /> <br />home. This matter was tabled until the July meeting. <br /> <br />Chairman Kimmel advised that he had received a complaint from <br /> <br />Paul Bryant regarding a business used in a residential area, namely, J. L. <br /> <br />Coleman Realty, 123 Carter Street, Mooresville, Indiana.
