The following was a list determined by the

Board which needed to be included in the preliminary plat form:

1. building elevations

2. set back indications

3. engineer's reference for the 100 year flood line

4. name of the subdivision

5. source of title to the land to be subdivided as shown by the
books of the Morgan County Recorder

6. accurate locations of any easements and any limitations on such
easements

7. location, type, material and size of all monuments and lot markers

8. date of preliminary plat

9. certification by a registered land surveyor

10. certification and dedication of streets and other public property

11. certificate for approval by the Plan Commission

12. certified check or money order in the amount of $25.00 plus $1.00
per lot made payable to the Town of Mooresville.

The Board waived the location map requirement of the ordinance.

There was some question as to the zoning of the property. Upon reviewing

the Master Plan the Roard determined that the property was presently zoned Local

Business and the letter received by Cloverleaf indicated its belief that the

property was zoned General Business.

Bill Abbott moved to approve the preliminary plat subject to the changes

noted above. The motion was seconded by Wendell Thaler and unanimously carried.

George Smith requested thTee preliminary plat consideration of the site

plan for Spring Hill Apartments Phase III and IV. He indicated that Phase III

would contain approximately 114 units and was located on 17.1481 acres of land.

The Board indicated its belief that the property in question was annexed but

that Rooker Road was still the property of Morgan County.
