The Board's Attorney was requested to contact the

State Air Pollution Control Board and request some immediate response and assistance

on this matter. Building Inspector Beikman voiced the concern on the State's

cooperation stating that he had spoken with Mr. Secula and been advised that there

were no guidelines for plants which were the size of Summit Finishing. The Board

decided to proceed irregardless of the problem of the State being hesitant to get

involved in these types of situations.

The Board then went on the Building Inspector's Report. Building Inspector

Beikman advised there had been 5 permits issued and 11 inspections for the month.

There being no further business to come before the Board the meeting

was, on motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, adjourned.

s~aQ'~h1~:h

'r ¡;f}~
' ' Se etary

Dated: December 18, 1986

''''''
