<br />FINDINGS OF FACT OF THE MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION <br /> <br />Re: Docket No. 3-1985 <br />Filed by Joni M. Perry, <br />as agent for Benjamin <br />Mendenhall for the rezoning <br />from AR-Agricu1tural to GB- <br />General Business of approximately <br />32 acres located on Bridge Street <br />in Mooresville, Indiana <br /> <br />I. That the zoning requested, General Business, would not be detrimental <br /> <br />to the surrounding uses in the area since there is natural vegetation surrounding <br /> <br />the proposed site which will minimize the impact on surrounding areas. <br /> <br />2. That this land is located in a flood plain area and will be a limiting <br /> <br />factor on the types of businesses which could be placed on this piece of property. <br /> <br />3. That the rezoning of this property from AR-Agricultrual to GB-General <br /> <br />Business would represent the highest and best use of said property in light of the <br /> <br />location of this property. <br /> <br />DECISION: <br /> <br />It is therefore the decision of the Mooresville Plan Commission to recommend <br /> <br />to the Mooresville Town Board the granting of the rezoning petition from AR-Agricultural <br /> <br />to GB-General Business as requested in Docket 3-1985 filed by Joni M.
