This was seconded and the vote was five (5) in favor and one (1) <br /> <br />against. The Board's Atborney advised the petitioner that this matter would come <br /> <br />before the Town Board meeting of January 6, 1987 at 7:30 P.M. at this same location <br /> <br />for the Board of Trustees to make a determination on the rezoning. <br /> <br />The Board then proceeded to other items on the agenda consisting of the Redeker <br /> <br />property and Graybill property. The Board was advised that the Redeker property was <br /> <br />now in compliance and that favorable comments had already been received from some of <br /> <br />the neighbors in the area. Building Inspector Beikman stated that the Graybill property <br /> <br />w~progressing and that some of the work had been redone upon his request.
