These two individuals

advised that they were in the process of getting a building permit to repair

the structure and replace the plumbing, rewire the home, and replace all

structural defects with new lumber. They advised the cost of this would be

between four and five thousand dollars. Building Inspector Beikman advised

the Board that he had spoke with these individuals prior to the meeting and

had no objection to a continuance and review of this matter in 30 days to see

how much work had been completed. Mr. Parker and Mr. Spears indicated that

they intended to get most of the work done within the next month and one-half.

Upon a motion made and unanimously passed the public hearing set for this

meeting was continued for a period of 30 days.

The next item to come before the Board was the alleged violation of

Ray Hatmaker for keeping his business vehicles parked on his residential

property and maintaining a business at said location. The Board's Attorney

advised that Mr. Hatmaker had contacted him regarding the meeting this evening

and requested time to have the vehicles removed to take care of the alleged

violation. The Board agreed to continue this for 30 days until it can be

reviewed at the March meeting.

The next item on the agenda was the special exception filed by Ernest

and Joyce Zielska on the property located at 330 West Main Street, Mooresville,

Indiana requesting two mobile homes, 14 X 70 foot and storage sheds be placed

on this property. He further advised that the Zielskas intend to have a daughter and brother

reside in said mobile homes.

Charles Swisher and Stephen Edwards withdrew

-2-
