He advised that they were concerned <br /> <br />with the setbacks and any additional affect that the mobile homes might have <br /> <br />on his client's property. Wendell Thaler had a question regarding the <br /> <br />storage sheds and type, with Sam Korn advising that he believed they were <br /> <br />the small aluminium ones. At this time the Board's Attorney requested them to <br /> <br />review the special exception procedure and the issues before the Board this <br /> <br />evening being that the Plan Commission investigate the proposed special <br /> <br />exception and to determine whether the proposed location and character of the <br /> <br />special exception will affect the master land use plan. He further advised <br /> <br />that the Board has 90 days to report to the Board of Zoning Appeals following <br /> <br />the receipt of the application. Ron Alexander had some question regarding the <br /> <br />location and surrounding land use. At this time Ron Alexander made a motion to <br /> <br />continue this until the March meeting allowing the Board Members to inspect the <br /> <br />premises and surrounding areas. This was seconded by Vernon Kimmel and passed <br /> <br />by vote of 5 to O. The item will be reviewed on the March agenda. <br /> <br />The next item to come before the Plan Commission was the public hearing <br /> <br />on the amendments to the master plan, in particular the zoning ordinance and <br /> <br />accompaning zoning maps for the buffer zone and town. The public meeting was <br /> <br />then held. Dave Lawson representing the Hopkins had some questions regarding <br /> <br />the 40 acre tract of land which had been the subject of a lawsuit a couple <br /> <br />years earlier. In particular he advised that the Morgan Superior Court had <br /> <br />made a determination that the property consisting of a little over 40 acres <br /> <br />-3- <br />
