<br />'"' <br />.. <br /> <br />William Abbott then moved that the proposed special exception be <br /> <br />---- <br /> <br />recommended to the Board of Zoning Appeals as one which did not adversely affect <br /> <br />the Master Plan. This was seconded but the vote failed for lack of a quorum by <br /> <br />4 to I margin. Charles Swisher and Steve Edwards had both withdrawn from any <br /> <br />discussion of this matter due to being adjoining property owners and this was <br /> <br />done at the prior meeting and continued through this meeting. The Board then <br /> <br />advised that this would be tabled until the next meeting. <br /> <br />The next item of old business concerned the alleged violations of <br /> <br />Ray Hatmaker for outside storage and business uses on a property zoned residential. <br /> <br />William Abbott moved that Building Inspector Beikman observe for violations and <br /> <br />if the same were found that Attorney Currens send a letter to Mr. Hatmaker to have <br /> <br />the violations taken care of within one week or to proceed with further legal <br /> <br />remedies. This was seconded by Charles Swisher and unanimously carried. <br /> <br />The next item on the agenda concerned the alleged violation of Harlin <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />Sterrett, for maintaining a business operation at 1021 State Road 144 which is <br /> <br />zoned residential. Attorney Currens advised the Board that Mr. Sterrett and <br /> <br />his attorney had contacted him regarding a variance. The Board agreed to table <br /> <br />this matter for 30 days to see if Mr. Sterrett carries through with the variance <br /> <br />application, this was done upon a motion by Steve Edwards and seconded and <br /> <br />unanimously carried. <br /> <br />The next item concerned the alleged violation by Grooming With Style <br /> <br />at 209 Bishop Avenue, Mooresville, Indiana. Attorney Currens advised the Board <br /> <br />that he had been contacted by the owner of this property regarding a variance <br /> <br />and that the Clerk-Treasurer had received some filing regarding this. A motion <br /> <br />was made by Vernon Kimmel and seconded by Steve Edwards to continue this matter <br /> <br />for thirty days to evaluate whether or not a variance application had been filed <br /> <br />and taken care of. <br /> <br />,- <br /> <br />-2- <br />
