The Board advised that the same had been

approved and recommended to the Town Board to accept the road dedications.

This motion was made by William Abbott and seconded by Ron Alexander and

unanimously carried.

The last item of old business concerned the property of Dr. Kendrick

and number of horses allowed on said property. After a discussion by the Board

Members a request was made for the Board Attorney to check the county zoning

records to see if the variance was passed by the county and a limit on the

number of horses to be allowed on the property was stated in the variance.

The Board's Attorney advised that he would have this information for the next

meeting.

William Abbott then advised the Board that certain washing machines

had been kept on the sidewalk in front of Benge & Son on the Town right-of-way.

-

He moved that the Attorney send a letter to Benge & Son advising them that this

was the Town's right-of-way and no outside storage could be used in Local

Business or General Business classifications. Upon a motion made by William

Abbott and seconded by Steve Edwards the Board unanimously agreed to have the

Attorney proceed with a letter on this issue.

Next item on the agenda was the Building Inspector's report. Building

Inspector Beikman advised that 7 permits had been issued and 3 inspections for

the past month. There being no further business to come before the Board, upon

a motion made by Charles Swisher and seconded by Steve Edwards, the meeting was

duly adjourned.

Dated: April 25, 1985

Cha' an

---

--!i~ If' f}4A

Secr tary . 1-
